What kinds of tour packages does ZY Tours offer?
We offer a wide range of tour packages, including cultural excursions, nature adventures, food experiences, tailor-made trips and much more. We adapt our packages to our customers' interests.
Can I customise my travel package?
Yes! ZY Tours lets you fully customise your trip. You can choose the destination, the activities, the type of accommodation and even the pace of the trip. Our team will be happy to help you create the perfect experience.
How can I make a booking?
You can book directly on our website — choose the activity, date, time and number of people and receive confirmation by email. You can also book by email, phone or WhatsApp.
What if I want to cancel or change my booking?
We understand that the unexpected happens. We accept cancellations and changes within the period set out in each activity's policy. With a customer account, you can cancel online.
Does ZY Tours organise group trips or only individual ones?
Both! You can join a group with set dates and itinerary or choose a private tour, just for you or your group.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. In addition to excursions, we offer transfers to and from the airport. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.

About online bookings
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest and later find your booking with the reference and email. With an account you manage everything in one place, download the voucher and cancel online.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online card payment, payment on the day to the guide, or bank transfer (depending on the activity).
How do private tours and buggies work?
For private tours, the private catamaran and buggies, the price is per group (or per buggy), up to the maximum number of people shown on the activity page.
Are entrance fees included?
On the Island Tour and the Salt Flats tour, entrance fees (Buracona €3, sharks €3, Pedra de Lume €6, swim €1) are paid on site. See “Not included” on each tour.
