Terms and conditions

These terms govern bookings made on the ZY Tours website (ZY Tours Unipessoal, Lda).

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the customer receives the confirmation email with the reference. Bookings paid on the day or by bank transfer remain pending until confirmed by the agency.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and Cape Verdean escudos (fixed rate 1 € = 110.265 CVE) and include taxes. Online card payments are processed by the Vinti4 network (SISP) and charged in escudos (CVE); ZY Tours has no access to card details.

3. Cancellation by the customer

The cancellation policy shown for each activity applies — see the cancellation and refund policy.

4. Cancellation by the agency

For safety reasons (wind, sea, weather) the agency may cancel or change an activity, offering a new date or a full refund.

5. Liability

Participants must follow the guides' instructions and respect the safety rules of each activity.
