What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight using the number you provide. The driver adjusts the pick-up time at no additional cost.
Where do I meet the driver?
At the arrivals exit, holding a sign with your name. If you can't find them, call/WhatsApp the number in your confirmation email.
What time will I be picked up for my return flight?
We suggest pick-up about 2,5h before the flight (we add the travel time). We confirm the exact time via WhatsApp the day before.
How do I pay?
Directly to the driver, in euros or escudos.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. Just reply to the email or message us on WhatsApp.
